Dear Owner /Manager,
As you know, property maintenance is an important part of keeping things looking nice and of being a
good neighbor. As such, I am writing to you relative property maintenance needed at the above -
referenced property owned by Erickson Post Acquisition, Inc.
The site yard and paved area are in need of immediate attention as the grass and weeds are
considerable and currently violate City Ordinance 1109.03.H with regard to "noxious weeks, tall
grasses, and other rank growths ". A copy of this ordinance has been attached for your review and
use.
With this letter you are requested to have the weeds and grass mowed /maintained at the site no later
than Monday, May 21, 2012; after which time, if compliance has not been met, the City will use its
own resources to remedy the nuisance and will then and charge back the cost of such resources to
you at a rate "... upwards of $200 per hour."

have regarding this request.
