RE: Oakgreen Village — Concept Plan.
Dear Mr. Nolde,
Thank you for taking the time to meet with the City to discuss the various terms and requirements of the
letter dated Feb 15 2006 from Scott Richards, the City's planner. Per our discussion and other than the
first item, the City remains in need of a few items in order to deem the application complete.
1) You will need to submit a separate application for a Conditional Use Permit for the proposed
filling activities. That application, fees and its supporting documentation and pre /post grading
plans must be received by Wed, March 1 2006 in order to be considered by the Planning
Commission in March. Again, this CUP is being treated as a separate project.
2) By March 1 2006 you will submit a revised concept site plan eliminating the two cul-de-
sacs and instead installing a north -south connection AND making corrections to the north
entrance on Novak to better align with the Lowe's driveway.
4) By March 1 2006 please provide additional booklets and large scale drawings showing
these revised plans.
5) By March 1 2006 you will provide a revised tabulated list of what trees (and there
size /species) will be preserved and what will be removed as part of this project.
