Present: Torgerson, Carufel, Doerr, O'Neal, Eckberg and Wilson. Jim Stern, Management Advisors, apprised the Council of the progress of the computer system. Ken Kaiser Tree Inspector, presented the Council with a 5 year award for Tree City USA. A patch, button and flag were also received. Carufel moved to adopt final approval of the Sunview II & III project contingent on Engineers and Planners reports and finalization of the development agreement. Seconded by O'Neal. 4 aye votes cast by Carufel, Doerr, O'Neal and Sommerfeldt." Nay vote cast by Torgerson. Carried.
