Apparently some time ago the city obtained a right of way easement across the southerly portion of the property. It is approximately 40 feet by 606.66 feet. The easement was originally intended for the construction of 58 street. Since then, 58 street has been constnicted to the. south of its' original designation. At this tinge I request the city vacate said easement, since it's no longer needed for 58 street. Please inform me of the proper avenues to obtain this vacation.
