All that part of Blocks Three (3) and Six (6), Summit Park, as the same
is on file and of record in the Office of the County Recorder within and for
Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning One Hundred Sixty (160.00) feet North of the North right -of-
way line of Minn. Hwy. 212 and Two Hundred (200.00) feet East of the West line
of Block Six (6), Summit Park; thence North and parallel with the West line
of Blocks Six (6) and Three (3), Summit Park, at a distance of Two Hundred
(200.00) feet Easterly therefrom for Five Hundred Fifty -three and Seventy -
five Hundredths (553.75) feet (rec. 555.5 feet) to a point on the North line
of said Block Three (3); thence Easterly along said North line of Block Three
(3) for Four Hundred and Nineteen Hundredths (400.19) feet to the Northeast
corner of said Block Three (3); thence Southerly along the Easterly line of
