Variance Request
FILE NO: 798.02 - 80.01
As a necessary action for approval of the subdivision of the above referenced property
which was recommended, the applicant has filed variance request for: (1) a building
setback which is 5.7 feet from the side lot line (ordinance requires 10 feet), and
(2) a lot width variance for a 68 foot frontage (the ordinance stipulates 100 feet).
In view of the fact that this development and property division were allowed prior
to the existing zoning and subdivision ordinances, it is recommended that the variance
request be approved.
