Box 2007 Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Phone: 651.439.4439 Fax: 651.439.0574 July 9, 2012 • Mr. Dave Triemert Central Automotive 14621 60 St. N., #1 Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Re: Service Bay Door Closure Dear Mr. Triemert: Please be reminded of the Conditional Use Permit requirement to your business site that was granted to Lodge Properties LLC for auto repair use at 14621 60 St. N. stipulates that "all automobile repair activities shall be limited to within the principal structure and the doors to the service bays shall be kept closed except when vehicles are being moved in or out of the service areas." A full and complete copy of the Conditional Use Permit was provided to you with my letter of July 13, 2010. If you desire another copy, please let me know. The service bay doors were observed open today and in violation of the C.U.P. provisions for the business operation. This letter directs that you maintain compliance to the C.U.P. provisions, including the provision of keeping the service bay doors closed at all times, other than when a vehicle is being move inside or out of the service area. Your immediate compliance is requested to close and continue to keep closed the service bay doors, other than such time a vehicle is being moved in or out of the service bay. This provision is part of the terms of the conditional use permit issued for the automotive business operations. Failure to adhere to the provisions of the conditional use permit may result in its revocation and /or misdemeanor citation for violation of Oak Park Heights City Ordinances related to the conditional use permit. - Additionally, you are directed to police the business exterior and parking area to ensure that no exterior storage of parts or inoperable vehicles is occurring at the business site. All storage is to be to the interior of the business. The parking area is not be used for storage of vehicles and /or equipment that is not being serviced by your business. Thank you for your prompt attention in communicating the appropriate C.U.P. provisions to your staff and immediate compliance with the closure of service bay doors. Contact me anytime.
