Various Develo Items: for Copies of the submitted plans for Oak Villa (General) G and Oak Villa South %..0 (Concept) are attached for y our files. Staff has had a chance to review and has responded that the applications are complete. As discussed last week, the Cit will re VSSA to hold a nei meetin for the Oak Green South project. A cop of our letter to residents is attached advisin them of that meetin VSSA shall hold the Nei Meetin at BoutweH's Landin Please recall that the Cit does have an OPTION to purchase a majorit of this propert (south of 58th Street for $278,456- Z. Denn Hecker - Amoco Site Mark Vierlin is completin the CUP documents and will be filed b the 1' of the y ear. 3. Salem Lutheran Church Salem Luther Church has submifted a4etter re the initiation of a process where the can detach a small portion of their campus from the Cit and annex into Stillwater in order to facilitate an expansion. Enclosed is their letter and I have provided a map so y ou can understand the lot issues. Please see letter from Bill Hansen and m initial response. We will be in further contact with them - probabl - next week. 4. Snow Plowin I have enclosed a cop of the CURRENT Cit Polic for snowplowin Ja Lind and I have " I allowing -so met on Idle matter and worKM on a few chan Namel allowin omeers, on dut to directl contact Ralei Truckin I will continue to monitor and advise. 5. AMRP Resolution. Enclosed is a cop of the Resolution sent to Burl Harr, Executive Secretar of the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission (PUC) statin the Cit support of the pollution reduction project, but that various element at the Kin Plant should remain as taxable. The MERP project passed the PUC 4-1 on Dee 181. How the ultimate taxabilit standards pla out will more than likel be decided in the upcomin le session. Please see meetin notice from the Coalition of Utilit Cities (CUC) 6. Ci Nall Security Alarm The Cit will no lon be receivin monthl reports on who turns on/off the Cit securit alarm. After consultin with some of y ou and Lind the report is g enerall y not important. The s IMP will still fimction fine and alarms will g o off, but we will be savin about $120/ month.
