Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Dear Mr. Barbatsis: , On August 26, 2002 a letter was prepared to you regarding receipt and review by the City of Oak Park Heights of a report from Amanda Goebel of the Washington County Department of Public Health and Environment. This report date is August 8,2002. Please be notified that a request for variance must be applied for and granted before the proposed walk -in freezer can be constructed. Appropriate plans and forms must be submitted to the Oak Park Heights Community Development Department for its review and public hearing processing. Final approval or denial is granted by the City Council. As I have not heard from you regarding a request for a variance, I can only assume that you have decided against installing a walk in freezer at Phil's Club Tara. If this is not that case and you wish to install such a unit, kindly review the enclosed information regarding the development application process and follow the steps necessary as they apply to your request for variance. Should you have questions regarding this process, you may contact Community Development Director, Kris Danielson at (651) 439 -4439.
