Re: Property Dimensions
Dear Brian:
To follow up my voice mail to you of July 17, 2012 regarding setbacks for a 10 -foot addition to the front of
your home, please recall that a 30 -foot front yard setback is required and that based on the information
obtained from a site visit and through Washington County GIS, the current front yard to the house is
approximately 30 -feet.
I mentioned a couple of items that I had for your information. Please find them enclosed as follows:
1. An aerial photo, printed from Washington County's Graphic Information System (GIS). Note that this
document is for reference only and is not an engineered plan. Your property is outlined in blue.
2. A section of the plat maps showing your property highlighted in yellow. Lot 11, Block 1, Swagers 6th
Addition. This plat was last revised September 15, 1988 and may have been updated since 1988. To
view updated maps, you should contact the Surveyor's Office at Washington County, if the drawing
you previously obtained does not show the measurements of the lot.
