Thank you for your quick response to my email regarding the above - reference property. Below please
find the violation letter that you have requested to initiated a lawn maintenance request for the
property.
Please be advised as of 10:30 a.m., Thursday, August 2, 2012 the lawn at the above - referenced
property is in violation of City Nuisance Ordinance 1109.H as it relates to "noxious weeks, tall grasses,
and other rank growths ".
The City has abated this property previously and hopes to avoid that process by communicating with
you and directing that the lawn be mowed, weeds treated and vegetation trimmed back no later than
Monday, August 13, 2012.
A compliance check shall be made after August 13, 2012 to verify compliance and will continue to be
monitored for compliance to verify that the property remains free from reoccurrence of this nuisance.
If the nuisance has not been abated, the violation shall be treated in accordance with City Ordinance
regulations and abatement remedy, including contracting a service to abate the nuisance and charging
the expense back to the property for said service, staff time and associated expenses. Unpaid
abatement charges shall be charged to the property in the form of a tax assessment.

I have retrieved your email from a posting on the front door of vacant /foreclosed property located at 5431 Ojib Way
Ave. N., Oak Park Heights, MN 55082. The posting said to contact you if maintenance was required.
