The City will be charged 47 SAC Units for this project, as determined below. SAC Units Charges: Elderly Housing (no common laundry) 23 — 1 -bdrn units x 1.5 residents/unit = 34.50 39 — 2 -bdrm units x 2 residents/unit = 78.00 112.50 112.5 residents @ 2.5 residents/SAC Unit 45.00 Guest Suite (no washer or kitchen) 1 unit @ 1 unit/SAC Unit x 50% 0.50 Parking Garage 33 f.u. @ 17 f.u. /SAC Unit 1.94 Total Charge: 47.44 or 47 It is the Council's understanding there will be no car wash bay /port in the parking garage. The business information was provided to MCES by the applicant at this time. It is the City's responsibility to substantiate the business use and size at the time of the final inspection.
