The shower surround in the basement was replaced in the existing opening. The tub surround on the main floor was removed and replaced with a new tub. The tub surround on the main floor was fastened over the existing drywall. We then installed a Densheild (equivalent to Dura -rock) backer behind the new tile tub surround that we installed. Upon demolition we un- covered a double hung window behind the existing shower surround and had it replaced with a glass block window in the existing opening. No drywall was removed from the exterior wall behind the existing shower surround as no damage was found. Also no corrections to any waste and vent or water lines were completed in the remodel of the home. If you might have any additional questions please feel free to call me direct @ 651- 341 -2421.
