Re: Special Event (Temporary) Signage
Dear Manager:
The sign you have been placing at Stagecoach Trail, on the ground and tied to the fence gate,
with employment advertising violates City Ordinance 401.15.G.8 in that a special event permit
is required for such advertisement sign display.
I have enclosed City Ordinance 4015.G.8 and a special event permit application for your use.
This information is also available on the City webpage at www.cityofoakparkheights.com.
Special even permits are required by City Ordinance and are available to you at no charge.
Please remit your special event permit application for your temporary advertisement sign
display or remove the signs, no later than Friday, October 5, 2012.
