PO Box 2007 Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 RE; Stillwater Crossing- Building Wall Light Fixtures and Pole Lights Dear Mr. Butler In regards to your recent letter dated February 28 2008 United Properties Construction is in the process of complying with your city ordinance. We met on site on November 9th 2007 and a few days after your approval of the lights that we had selected we ordered one wall pack and one pole light. The lights arrived on January 31 2008 for installation but we were missing a piece to install them. Two weeks later the lights were installed but did not give off enough light for the owner. The current electrical to each light poll is low voltage OF cabling which does not allow us to go to a higher wattage fixture. We are now anticipating pulling all new wire in the ground for higher wattage lights to still conform with the City Ordinance. As you have read above we are doing our best to comply with your ordinance and we are taking all necessary steps to get this light upgrade done as soon as possible. Please be patient with us as we upgrade our lighting system to comply. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to call 952- 837 -8530.
