Dear Mr. Flood:
The City is in receipt of your application materials submitted on October 29, 2012 for the
installation of six temporary office trailers at the AS King Plant in Oak Park Heights.
The application consists of a request for an Interim Use Permit to allow the trailers on a
temporary basis. With this letter we are notifying you that the application is not
complete. The City will deem it complete with receipt of the following items by
November 28, 2012:
1. Please provide the mailing labels for the area within 500 feet of the boundaries of
the plant property.
2. Expand on the narrative to discuss the need for the additional office space from
the end of 2012 to July of 2013.
3. Provide a diagram /pictures of what the trailers will look like.
4. Provide an analysis of the number of parking stalls on site vs. the total square
footage of office space currently in use as well as the total with the trailers. How
many employees are there on site now and when the trailers are in place?
