Please be advised that the Oak g reen Villa Villas Application has not been withdrawn
and the Public Hearin will be continued to the 6/13/02 Plannin Commission meetin
No new plans have been received b our office as of this date.
The application was voluntaril extended for an additional 31 da be the 120-da
review period. This extension expires on 7/23/02.
We have informed the applicant that the ma wish to submit an additional letter of
extension re in that the current extension will not allow the Cit Council to consider
this matter be their 2 nd meetin of Jul
