Due to the size of the property, two principal buildings are also seen as acceptable. Relative to site planning details, we believe the applicant has done a c viable.3ob. Subject to the conditions 1 sted below, we recommend approval of the two conditional use permits which are regird. The additional conditions are: 1. The designation of one handicapped parking space for each buYlding, 2.
