BACKGROUND
Mr~. John Morley is proposing the development of the, p per Y inp iately
west of the Goodyear Store on the frontage road south of. Highway 212t36.

RECOliffNDATION
From a use perspective the requested develoPment conforms to ordinance
requirements. Due to the size of the property, two principal buildings
are also seen as acceptable. Relative to site planning details, we believe
the applicant has done a c viable.3ob. Subject to the conditions 1 sted
below, we recommend approval of the two conditional use permits which are
regird. The additional conditions are:
1. The designation of one handicapped parking space for each buYlding,
2. The review and approval of drainage, grading and first floor .
elevation plans by the City Engineer.
