Buyer Purchasing "As-Is" Addendum:
Conditions of Property: The real property being purchased by Buyer(s), including the dwelling, other
improvements, and fixtures is sold "as is" and is not new. Buyers understands and agrees that no
representations have been made regarding the real property, the dwelling, other improvements, and
fixtures by the Seller ( State of Minnesota, as Trustee; Washington County, on behalf of the State of
Minnesota), or the Seller's Employees or Agents.
Settlement is Final: It is understood that the Buyer(s) accepts the property "as is ". No warranties as to
physical condition of the property subject to this purchase agreement have been made by Seller, its
Employees or Agents; any warranties of physical condition of the property is void. The Seller, its
Employees or Agents, have no further responsibility or liability with respect to the condition or
management of the property. This provision shall survive delivery of the State Deed.
Vacant Land "As -Is" Addendum:
Vacant Land Sold "As Is": The real property being purchased by Buyer(s) is sold "as is" and may not
conform to local building and zoning ordinances. The County makes no warranty that the land is
"buildable ". Buyer(s) understands and agrees that no representations have been made regarding the real
