CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS
WASHINGTON COUNTY MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RECEIPT OF DONATIONS OF LABOR AND
SUPPLIES FROM VARIOUS VENDORS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
MOELTER SITE PLAYGROUND
Whereas, the City recently constructed playground at the Xcel Energy Moelter Fly -Ash site
through a Community -Build Process which engaged the services of many community volunteers
and donors, and;
Whereas, the City of Oak Park Heights is grateful for such needed donations to complete the
Project in a timely fashion, the area firms concern for the community and the beautification of
the City's park systems.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Oak Park
Heights that the City shall accept the generous donation of labor, supplies and funding, valued at
in the following estimated amounts and which were utilized in total for the construction of such
• playground:
Bell's Trucking: $2,000 site clearing and excavation
Croix Oil $150 for water and soda
Cub Foods: $150 for water and paper goods
Heritage Embroidery $150 for T -shirt design set -up costs
Liquor Time: $150 for soda, cups and ice
Xcel Energy $200 cash donation.
