However, these flags may not be replaced once they have exceeded their useful life. Any placement of new flags must be compliant with City Code 401.15.G.5 n — see attached. For your reference, on October 17 2006 the City prepared an inventory of your current flags to document their condition. As mentioned above these flags must be removed at the time their useful life expires and may not be replaced. You will note that some flags are becoming frayed and torn while other are in better condition. You may fly three flags per site. However, these may not include the United States Flag unless you fly such flags per the US Flag Code. I took pictures of each individual flag, documented their condition, and sketched a map with each flags location on the property. The following information is my observation of each flags condition. Site A -Denny Hecker Stillwater Ford -60 Street South Flag 1 -Frayed all along striped edge. Flag 2 — Frayed on top and bottom corners of striped edge. Flag 3- Frayed the most on the top and bottom comers of striped edge. Flag 4- Frayed on top corner on striped edge. Flag 5 -A little frayed on top corner on striped edge. Flag 6- Frayed corners on striped edge. Flag 7- Caught in the tree- and frayed on bottom corner on striped edge. Flag 8- Frayed on top corner on striped side and a little on the bottom corner on the striped edge. Flag 9- Frayed on top corner on striped edge and a little on bottom corner on striped edge. Flag 10- Frayed on top and bottom corners on striped edge. Flag 1 1-Frayed on top and bottom corners on striped edge. Flag 12- Frayed on top and bottom corners on striped edge. Flag 13- Frayed on top comer on striped edge. Flag 14 -In good condition. Flag 15 -In good condition. Flag 1 6-In good condition. Site B -Denny Hecker- 60 Street North Flag 1 -Frayed on top and bottom corners on striped edge. Flag 2- Frayed on top and bottom corners on striped edge. Flag 3- Frayed on top and bottom corners on striped edge. Flag 4- Frayed on top and bottom corners on striped edge. Flag 5- Frayed on top and bottom corners on striped edge.
