This permit has been issued to the Applicant — (Frattalone Companies) for the land clearance, site/contour g radin g , erosion control, installation of on site utilities, streets, curb & trails, storm sewer outlet s (where applicable) as located on the propert known as Pine Grove Gardens (the Project). The Applicant is responsible for all activities on the site. Other than utilities this permit does not include or authorize the construction of an dwellin unit or an part thereof. 2. This permit re that the Applicant for the Project, compl in total with the g radin g plans, site plans and all other documents as submitted b the Developer or Developer's A and as approved b the Cit The final g radin g and site development plans were last submitted b the Developer's A (Todd Erickson) on June 12th, 2006. Failure to compl with such terms will result in the immediate issuance of a "STOP WORK NOTICE"' and shall remain in place until such time as all areas are cleaned and steps are taken to prevent further impacts. 8.
