The City of Oak Park heights is in receipt of your application submi ed on ebru 9,
2005 seeking consideration by the City of the development of the Ac kerman p roperty.
With this letter, we are notifying you that your application will be deemed complete with
the receipt of the following items by February 23, 20054
All required application and escrow fees. A ny remaining escrow fees for the
previous Ackerman Estates application will be returned separately by the City.
2. Complete lighting plans with fi specifications and plans for building lightin

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, Su d. 3(f , the City of Oak Park Heights is
herewith extending the period of time for agency /city revie w of the app lication for an
additional 60 day period (for a total of 120 days from the date of application) inasmuch
as the City has determined that additional research and study by the City staff relative to
the complexity of the project as proposed will be required. Place contact me with an
