The subgrade material was unsatisfactory on the northern half of Novak; therefore, a 2' layer of sand was needed for approximately 550' instead of using the designed 1' layer of sand (this amounts to approximately 1000 CY ofadditional sand). • Schifsky has been deayed because ofthe ram event on Tuesday night, and will not conUnLle with sand and gravel until Monday, They will continue with sand and gravel on Norwich, and then finish Novak, • Curb and gutter is not expected for another 1-2 weeks, Pine Grove Gardens: • All utilities are complete. • The concrete curb has been installed and the base course has been paved. • Electric bases, rip rap placement, approximately 60' of concrete sidewa|k, and seeding remain and shall all be cornpleted within the next 2 weeks. • Wear course 15 not expected until after home construction Wal-Mart: • The full street width patch was completed foliowing the connection to the water main on 58 Lowes: = Pressure and conductivity tests with the water main have all passed within the R.J. RyaniCSM site east of Applebees. The bacteria test remains to be done, Oakgreen: • Expected construction start date: end of August/eariy September.
