Re: Pylon Sign (Lower Sign) — Installation Without Permit
Dear Beth and Dr. Wolff:
The sign panel that was formerly used by Wallace Chiropractic and which has been faced with a blank
panel since June of 2008 has recently been replaced with a new sign indicating "Same Day Emergency
Dental Care."
The sign was installed without a permit and review for City Ordinance compliance and currently violates
City Ordinance 401 requirements for permit and sign design elements.
With this letter you are requested to complete and submit the enclosed permit application and return it
to me with a sign plan that clearly indicates the size, colors and design of the sign installed no later than
4:30 p.m., December 22, 2009.
If you have any questions regarding this request contact me or Building Official Butler immediately.
