amended to read as follows:

SECTION 4. The Planning,Coihmission of the City of Oak Park Heights
held a public hearing at their February 14, 2013 meeting, took comments
from the public, and recommended that the City Council approve the
amendments as provided in this Ordinance.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its pow.
