Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Re: - 15222 62 St. N., Oak Park Heights, MN PIN: 34.030.20.32.0143 Dear Tiffany, This past week, in response to a complaint received, I made a site visit to the above- referenced property. While I was there, I observed that there was a car and camper parked on the yard. There was also a topper sitting in the front yard. Please be advised that these items parked and /or placed upon the yard do not comply with City Ordinances 401.15.8.14 Exterior Storage and 401.15.F. Off - Street Parking and Loading, which regulate off - street parking and exterior storage. These ordinances are enclosed for your reference. To comply with City ordinance regulations, vehicles, the topper and camper need to be relocated so that they are fully placed upon your driveway, upon an approved parking pad or to the interior of your garage. This letter directs that the topper, camper and any vehicles placed to the yard be relocated from the yard, no later than Friday, April 19, 2013. A compliance check will be made after the 19th. Your prompt attention is appreciated. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
