For some of the departments you have listed we have employees that work in multiple
departments. Our public works has 4 employees that work in Parks, Streets, Water, Sewer, and
Storm Sewer. Their payroll is split by percentage into all 5 departments. I put 1 employee into
each of those departments even though technically there are 4 employees that are in those 5
departments.
