Good Morning: I asked Jason at Hom4me to create a list of the outstanding issues related to completing the approval process for the development on oakgreen. Please review and let's discuss at Wednesday staff meeting to determine where we are at with issuing grading and building permits. Scott: Here are the remaining issues as I see them regarding Cakgreen Townhomes: 1) park fee of $19,600- will be paid once all other items are OK'd 2) Samples of steel siding- will be dropped to the city 3) Construction easement- I have contacted Dr. Hall regarding easement and am awaiting the return of a signed copy of the easement 4) Control plan for erosion control/ final copy of plans- 8 copies of the civil engineering plan and the building plan were dropped off at the City on June 4. 5) MnDot/ Watershed approval - MnDot has requested a model that is being worked up by Mitch Johnson with EOR. He anticipates having a response back from MnDOT by Tuesday. Watershed approval should follow. Watershed meets on Thursday PM. b} Status of Developer's Agreement- The final copy of the developer's agreement has been received and reviewed. We will sign and return to City with the appropriate letter of credit to cover the Plan A improvements. I am now pursuing a grading and sewer permit and am awaiting a return call from the City. My builder will pursue the building permit following City approval to go forward. Also to Note: Washington County has 5 copies of the plat as reviewed by the City and is in the reviewal process. They have had the plat for about 2 weeks. I am awaiting a call from them regarding changes/ approval. It is my intention to get all required items to the City prior to the Wednesday staff meeting. Feedback from you and the other staff members as to where we stand Would be appreciated. Thanks. Jason C. Myrlie Hom4Me, Inc. 6/18/2003 Message 651.592 -7877 Page 2 of 2 6/18/20 031
