Thank I did contact Jason and fax him Cit license application forms for his contractor doin the g radin g . He is
lookin for the g radin g and sewer and water connections. He hopes to be on Monda and I informed that upon receipt
of the application that we could g et it process for him on Monda

I am aware of the followin
1. All connection and to date service fees have been paid
2. We hold the Letter of Credit, (Mark I believe I mailed y ou the ori
3. The Cit has vacated the easement and the Count review of the Plat is administrative. The June 20th letter
from the count states fairl minor adjustrments. Cit has not si 'off on the Plat either.
4. That Dennis has approved the final specifications on draina and g radin g .
5. MnDOT has issued a permit - I have a cop
6. That the Cit not si an DAs - perhaps b tommorrow..
7. The MSCWMO has not issued an opinion, and wont until mid jul
S. The MSCWMO does not hold an permittin authorit on this project.
CAN WE ISSUE A Gradin permit - for earl next week?
