Jinn asked me to connect with you regarding wail insulation requirements. He observed
backfilling at the new foundations prior to any inspection being requested for the foundation
walla
He needs for you to remind your crew to call for inspections, this includes wall inspections as
he needs to confirm insulation for the foundation wall.
I've been directed to not issue any new permits to your project until issues of attention,
including the foundation wall insulation have been addressed.
I appreciate your consulting your records as to items that may be yet outstanding If there
are more than a few, perhaps you would like to schedule an appointment with Jim to
dicuss /remedy them. Jim is expected to return to the office Friday, May 21'�.
