The Cit has received notice re the annexation of certain parcels from Ba Township into the Cit of Ba See Enclosed notice. I have not y et been able to determine which parcels, but I have asked Ba to provide a map and will have it next week. The Cit has noticed the 1-10m4me development that the must complete their second la of asphalt. I did receive a written response ( from WARE Propert Mana that is g enerall y not acceptable as I have asked them to specif a completion date. Staff will be workin for a June completion. I have released the lar ma of the letter of credit (LOC) for the FOX HOLLOW development as the have onl a few items remainin to complete. I have had a short discussion with Nick Thompson of MNDOT after he provided me an updated cost table for the pro It appears that MNDOT has a to make a cost exception for all storm water related work.
