Re: Minor Subdivision Approval for Phil's Tara Hideaway Parcel
To whom it may concern,
Please find attached an application for Minor Subdivision Approval and supporting
documentation. Also enclosed please find a $200 check for the base fee as well as a $500
escrow check. I have contacted Mark Vierling about what supporting documentation the City
will need to process this application and I believe everything should be included in this packet.
If there is additional information that is required by the City please contact our office. Please let
me know if there are any questions or concerns about this matter.
