Oakdale, MN 55128 Re: Oak Townhomes (Hom4Me) Ditch Gradin BRA File No. 55 -03 -000 Dear Mitch: As we have previousl discussed, we are concerned with the steep slopes g raded in the westerl ditch of Oak Avenue as part of this development. The g radin g plans indicate slopes of approximatel ' ) :1. However, from our visual inspection., it appears these slopes are closer to 2:1 or 21/2:1. In addition, the new shoulder of the roadwa is approximatel onl I foot in width. The current ditch g radin g and shoulder width is not acceptable. As we also previousl discussed, y ou were g oin g to verif the current slopes of this ditch and determine a remedial course of action. It seems most feasible to resolve this issue while y our contractor is still on site. As of toda we have not received an information relative to this issue.
