Boulders are probably not a good idea between the house and the road, especially not in the ditch.
If they are concerned about protection, then they need to place the appropriate guard rail system.
No boulders.

Subject: Home For Me Landscaping
I was contacted last week by a landscaper who has been asked to prepare a bid for landscaping around the southern two
buildings of the Home For Me project on Oakgreen Ave.. We discussed a few minor changes in plant material to
accommodate actual space and usage on site and also discussed a few changes which the owner had requested.
Specifically the owner had requested that trees and boulders be placed between the side of the building and Oakgreen
Ave.. I told the landscaper that there was not enough room between the building and right -of -way and underground
utilities to allow for planting of trees, even smaller ornamental ones. I also said that boulders might be a problem there,
but perhaps other staff would like to comment on that. I recommended that they only put shrubs next to the building on
the street side. The landscaper may be calling on Monday 10/4 to find out what they can do there. His name and
number are: Tom Youngquist (651- 755 -2402) (Innovative Landscaping).
