Johnson; Jim Butler; Scott Richards; Mark Vierling Cc: youngquisttom©hotmail.com Subject: Home For Me Landscaping OPH Staff - have inspected the landscaping at the Home For Me project on Oakgreen Ave. and have the following comments: 1. There have been some changes to plant material and placement, most of which were approved by me at a previous site visit with the landscape contractor. The other changes are acceptable and make sense due to location or maintenance constraints. 2. Most of the landscaping has been installed, except for plants on the north side of the north buildings. 3. A large truck has run through the sod and part of the central landscape beds between the south buildings, leaving ruts in soil, sod and east-central beds. The landscaping on the north side of the north building will need to be installed and the ruts and sod and landscape disturbance between the south buildings will need to be repaired before the landscaping for this project will be considered complete.
