Renton Homes: To consider a re for planned unit development: concept plan, g eneral plan and site plan review for 9 unit housin development at Oak Ave. N. Cit Planner Richards provided a summar of the applicant's re and reviewed his report re the same. Communit Development Director Danielson and Richards discussed the process of development applications and noted that the applicants earlier application had been withdrawn prior to its approval or denial thus the new application as modified is permissible. Additionall the noted that MnDOT access and stormwater permits are needed for the project and su the Commission consider continuin the public hearin to October to allow time for the permits to be received b the applicant. Vice Chair Dw opened the hearin for public comment. Mitch Johnson, representin Renton Homes informed the Commission that with this plan, the units are downsized from those ori proposed and that fire suppression and alternate access is provided for. He stated that the feel the Parcel supports the proposed 9 units. Pat Estes — 5770 O& Ave. expressed his concern about the traffic on Oak Ave. and that he did not feel that the stop si are effective. Barbara Anderson of Pondview Condominiums expressed concerns re snow removal, lot lines and setback re parkin concerns and impact upon 59th St. Commissioner LiIje seconded b Vice Chair Dw moved to continue the public hearin to October. Carried 4-0. Commission discussion ensued as to potential development of additional housin North of Oak in relation to the re Vice Chair Dw called for a 5- minute recess, after which the re meetin continued.
