The City Council has awarded the Contract for the construction of the project - which does include the base bid items, the selected alternates of 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, &9 and unit prices as quoted. This award is conditioned upon to the City's receipt of a completed Contractor's Qualification Statement {attached) and which must be also be found to meet the requirements of the bid specification. Please remit this completed document for review and approval by the City not later than April 20 2009. This letter is an "Official Notice of Award ", with conditions.
