GRANTOR AND GRANTEE agree that the property described in this easement will be maintained under agreements as assigned in the Common Interest Community No.213, Oakgreen Townhomes, Washington County, Minnesota Declaration and in all present and future amendments to said Declaration. The easement hereby granted, the restrictions hereby imposed, and the agreements herein contained shall be easements, restrictions and covenants running with the land and shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns, including without limitation, all subsequent owners of Premises A and Premises B. GRANTOR., for itself, it successors and assigns does hereby covenant with the GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, that it is well seized in fee title of Premises A and has the sole right to grant and convey this easement to GRANTEE.
