PVC piping shall be placed below interior concrete slab where within new City Hall building. As required by the Contract: install Snow Melt System Piping under concrete paving located below driveway in ramp area starting twenty feet (20') west of new City Hall building's west wall and continuing into Lower Level of building to point(s) of origin as described in Addendum Number One (adding Paragraph 2.12 to Section 15601). Locate piping and sleeves below or within concrete paving per description(s) of Snow Melt System described in aforementioned Addendum Number One and as required by specified manufacturer of Snow Melt System.
