I have reviewed the pricing for PR 50 and agree with the costs associated with the extra equipment.
The extra equipment used in this PR was from the piping and plumbing and not from the sheetmetal
items.
The only sheetmetal items used to date was for (3) fire /smoke dampers.

flanges at the manifolds to each of the 6 (4 -HVAC & 2 domestic) heat pumps with fiberglass.

Fire stopping, all pumps/strainers and tanks, all below grade piping, all field applied jacketing, premium
time, and all other equipment / piping.

1) Provide ceiling speaker in Room 126 Break Room for Police Department door bell in addition to and to function similarly as
the ceiling speakers in those rooms already designated in the Construction Documents. Location in Room 126 as required.
2) Provide two door electric strike controls at Police Department Reception Desk located in Room 102. One of these controls will
remotely unlock Opening 104 and the other will remotely unlock Opening 107A. Provide one (1) flat countertop- mounted sign
to identify each of those controls to Police Department staff. Confirm each such button location with Police Department.
3) Modify Card Access unit installation that serves Opening 107B such that it operates from Room 107 Interview side instead of
from Room 108 Hall side of Opening 107B. Provide blank cover plate on Room 108 Hall side of Opening 107B.
Modify key lock operation that serves Opening 107B such that it operates from Room 107 Interview side instead of from

Description:
Provide at each Lower Level Overhead Door (Opening 001 and Opening 002): Electronic photo - sensing devices and Treadle
hose.
Operations:
1) Entering Lower Level Garages from exterior of building:
Exterior access system post reader opens overhead door 001 or both doors 001 and 002 depending on programmed Fob that is
used at that post reader. Door is set to automatically close behind vehicle at certain number of seconds (verify with Owner).
2) Exiting Lower Level Garages from interior of building:
Vehicle existing from either Room 001 or 002 will actuate overhead door to open after passing over air - filled treadle hose that
is placed parallel to and east of either Opening 001 or Opening 002.
3) Each wall- mounted push -button unit can be manually used to open, close or stop its respective overhead door. Thus, wall -
mounted push -button unit in Room 001 controls Opening 001 and wall- mounted push -button unit in Room 002 controls
Opening 002. Door is set to automatically close behind vehicle at certain number of seconds (verify with Owner).
4) Electronic photo - sensing devices mounted at sides of each respective overhead door and at 24" above floor line — when an
object below the descending door breaks the photoelectric beam located at that 24 "height— will automatically retract and
return in an upward direction.
5) Electronic transmitters cannot be used with this arrangement but will be retained by City for possible future use.

In Room 015 Men's Locker Room: Please raise the 6 coat hooks on the north wall
and 3 of the 4 coat hooks on the west wall to 60" AFF and leave one on the west wall
as is.
