Re: Construction of garage
Gentlemen and Madam:
It is my understanding that I may proceed with the
construction of a garage at my residence at 6337 Paris Avenue
North in the City of Oak Park Heights.
It is further understood that the sum of $500.00 is
being deposited by me with the City to guarantee the removal
of the old garage located upon the above property.
Finally, it is agreed that I have until July 1, 1983,
to remove the old garage. In the event it is not removed by
me by that time, the City, or its duly designated agents, may
enter upon my property and remove the garage and use the
$500.00 herewith deposited to pay any costs incurred in such
removal.
The foregoing is binding upon my heirs and assigns.
Yours very truly,
Charles H. Stinson
