Mr. Dick Stockstead spoke on behalf of River State's proposal and indicated that this facility will replace their Kangaroo Storage 40,E s set ) now located on Highway 36 near Greeley Street. A relocateon of the business is necessary for MN DOT's proposed revamping ng of Highway 36 and construction of the new river crossing. . Mr. Stockstead showed a rendering of the f uO facility and owed areas ' = + h the planned phases. Phase One includes 60,CCO square feet of storage and the manager's quarters and according to Mr. Stockstead, should meet market demand for a long while. Mr. Stockstead pointed out that they would like to. have at least one acre on the west end of the site for outside storage of recreational vehicles. Mr. Stockstead expressed his concerns with the O'Donnell review letter items #16 ( one year construction date) and 1 17 ( financial guarantee).
