The office addition is approximatel 300 s feet in size and will be constructed on the east side of their buildin The stora addition is approximatel 600 s feet in size and will be constructed on the west side of their buildin Site plan review is re b the Zonin Ordinance and the Desi Guidelines. `The applicant was present at the meetin to answer an q uestions. The owner of the business to the south, Jerr Brown of Musicmaker, indicated at the hearin that he did not have an issues with the proposed expansions. The Plannin Commission recommended approval of the site plan and buildin elevations with the followin conditions: 1. The applicant must stripe their existin bituminous parkin area to show nine (9) off-street parkin stalls. This stripin must be white or y ellow and four (4) inches wide. All stalls must be nine (9) feet wide and twent (20) feet lon 2. The off-street parkin area shall be provided with aconcrete curb and perimeter sub to review and approval of the Cit En 3. If any changes are proposed for the site's exterior lighting, the applicant must submit a detailed lighting plan that demonstrates that the site's exterior lighting meets the performance standards outlined in Section 401.15.
