DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION: Minor Subdivision without a public
hearing.
BACKGROUND: Routson Motors has purchased the former Suttler's
property, and in surveying the land, it was determined that
there is an encroachment of the boundary lines between
Suttler's and Amoco Oil. This request is simply a boundary
adjustment which has no significant impacts on either property.
COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of the Minor Subdivision
without a public hearing.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS: None.
ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS: Recommend approval.
