Application Review
The undersi acknowled that before this re can be considered and/or approved, all
re information and fees, includin an deposits, must be paid to the Cit An incomplete
application will be returned to the applicant. The application approval process commences and
an application is considered complete when all re information and fees are submitted
appropriatel to the Cit
Sixty (60) Da Waiver
The Cit hereb notifies the applicant that development review ma not be completed within the
re 60 da due to public hearin requirements and a review therefore, the Cit is
exercisin an automatic 60-da extension for development review. Development review will be
completed within 120 da unless additional review extensions are approved b the
owner/applicant.
Professional Fee Responsibilit
It is the understandin of the undersi that all Cit incurred professional fees and expenses
associated with the processin of this request(s) will be promptl paid upon receipt. If pa
is not received from the applicant, the propert owner acknowled and a to be
responsible for the unpaid fee balance either b direct pa or a special assessment
a the propert
Applicants will be billed on a monthl basis for Plannin En Le and Communit
Development fees as the are accrued. Failure to pa administrative and processin fees in a
