Dear Mr. Chilefone,
Property maintenance is an important part of keeping things looking nice and of being a good
neighbor. As such, I am writing to thank you for seeing to the ongoing maintenance of the yard at the
above - referenced property.
You may or not be aware that the above - referenced property runs from Osgood Ave. through to
Osman at its backside, as well as along 58 St. as all of the lawn appears to be mowed except for the
portion at the Osman Ave. side, between 57 and 58 St., which is now quite long and in need of
attendance.
Please mow this area no later than Monday, July 22md and continue to include the area with your
regular lawn mowing of the property. I have enclosed a drawing of the parcel as obtained from
Washington County GIS for your reference in locating the property boundaries. A site check will be
made after July 22nd.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this request and staying in compliance with City Ordinance
1109 as it relates to noxious weeds and long grass. If I can be of assistance to you, please feel free to
