Re: 14375 60th St. N., Oak Park Heights, MN 55082—Closed Business Signage
Dear Mr. Stephens:
A site visit to the above-referenced address was made Monday, July 22, 2013. At the time of
visit, I found notification at the site that StillH2O had ceased its business operation at this
location.
Please be advised that City Ordinance requires closed business signage to be removed within
30 days of the business closure. I have enclosed City Ordinance 401.15.G.15.c "Out of
Business Signs"for your reference.
With this letter you are directed to make arrangements to remove the painting from the
storefront glass, the business name from the multi-tenant sign to the retail center and to
repair the holes left at the store front facade, where your sign has been removed. These items
shall be satisfactorily addressed no later than Wednesday, August 21, 2013. A compliance
check will be made after August 21, 2013.
Your prompt attention to this request is required. Kindly contact me immediately with any
questions you may have.
Sincerely,
Juli ultman, Building Official
