Mr. Johnson,
Per our discussion over the last couple of weeks and y our letter dated Nov. 17 ffi 9 2003 the Cit will
authorize the issuance of a BUILDING permit for the construction of a part wall between y our facilit and
a contemplated insurance a use.
A few items.-
1) Once the " wall" is completed a surve and the appropriate propert (condominium) split
shall be re and approved and filed with the Cit and Count
2) You will additionall be re to complete a PUD amendment and the appropriate elements
thereof, and as such - was a topic of discussion y ou had with Scott Richards the Cit Plannin
Consultant. Be advised that the PUD amendment is not g uaranteed. You will move forward with the project
and an construction at y our own risk.
3) The Cit will withhold the occupanc permit until the above propert split and PUD amendment
is completed.
