The reports identified five main areas of reconstruction. • Area A was reconstructed in 1995, and both Dave Hanson and Mark Hanson were there to support that project. • • Improvements such as full pavement reclamation, subgrade corrections, installation of concrete curb and gutter, and storm sewer were recommended.
